This “Service Agreement” is between GLOBAL Internet Media Systems who will provide the services and the CLIENT the individual or entity who agrees and accepts the following terms and conditions of this agreement by soliciting such services.

The GLOBAL Internet Media Systems logo or words like or similar to “Site Powered By GLOBAL Internet Media Systems ” will be allowed by the CLIENT on the site to be developed for the sole purpose of forwarding customers to one of our sites, this logo or words will be placed in a way that will not affect the contents or design of the site in any way. In addition, we will have the right to advertise the web sites we developed in any electronic form or media.

GLOBAL Internet Media Systems services may only be used for lawful purposes. Transmission or solicitation of any material that violates United States Federal, State, or other laws is totally prohibited and the responsibility of the CLIENT.

GLOBAL Internet Media Systems has a no-content policy for sexual, racial, threatening, abusive, obscene, libelous or other offensive material. We have the right to reject any publication or links of such type of content.

The use of (UCE) Unsolicited Commercial e-mail or “Spamming” is totally prohibited. The CLIENT will be responsible for any legal action and/or consequences that GLOBAL Internet Media Systems might incur due to the CLIENT usage of GLOBAL Internet Media Systems servers for UCE.

GLOBAL Internet Media Systems is not responsible in any way and/or form for violation of intellectual property rights regarding or concerning material and links provided by the CLIENT to be published in the CLIENT web site. All violations are the responsibility of the CLIENT.

GLOBAL Internet Media Systems is not responsible for network problems, access problems, lost data or interruptions (including e-mail POP/forwarding), web site backups, browser compatibility issues, hardware/software problems (including end user) and/or materials and/or content submitted by the CLIENT not updated on time in any way and/or form.

GLOBAL Internet Media Systems is not responsible for site trespassing or breach by unauthorized users which damaged the site’s original contents, and further consequences of such trespass or breaching.

GLOBAL Internet Media Systems is not responsible for the content that the CLIENT provides for publication in their web site in any way and/or form. The CLIENT is responsible for all content and further consequences of such content.

GLOBAL Internet Media Systems is not responsible for any of the consequences resulting from the CLIENT site contents or use in any way and/or form. The CLIENT is responsible for all consequences.

GLOBAL Internet Media Systems is not responsible for e-commerce fraud in any way and/or form. The CLIENT is responsible for the entire outcome.

GLOBAL Internet Media Systems designs remains property of GLOBAL Internet Media Systems. The CLIENT has the rights to use such design for an unlimited time.

The CLIENT agrees to pay in full GLOBAL Internet Media Systems for the amount agreed upon in the estimate submitted to the CLIENT. In the event of cancellation or early termination of the service the CLIENT must pay in full the amount due. This will not apply in case of a mutual agreement of cancellation or early termination of service by GLOBAL Internet Media Systems. Completed or partial developed sites can only be published and/or transfer to the CLIENT when final payment is submitted in full to GLOBAL Internet Media Systems.

Default or past due accounts (over 30 days from the invoice due date) are subject to $25.00 late fee. Default or past due accounts (over 45 days from the invoice due date) for hosting services, and any other monthly subscription are subject to account deactivation. A $49.00 setup charge plus all prior dues including late fees by the CLIENT to GLOBAL Internet Media Systems will be required in order to re-activate your account. A fee of $25.00 will be assessed for returned checks.

GLOBAL Internet Media Systems has the right to cancel or terminate services with the CLIENT at any time.

I agree to each of the conditions described above and to be bound by the terms of the "Service Agreement". By accepting services from GLOBAL Internet Media Systems signify your agreement to the GLOBAL Internet Media Systems "Service Agreement".
